Coronavirus Update

The safety and wellbeing of our guests and associates is of paramount importance to JayHotels and Resorts . We are closely monitoring the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) updates from the World Health Organization and Government agencies. In light of the current situation, Blue Bay Beach Resort will be closed to guests until 3rd may 2020 .

The RESORT has implemented these precautionary hygiene measures based on instructions received from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on the guidelines for prevention of transmission of the COVID-19 virus.

  • Training to sensitise associates to the protocol prescribed by Government of India for personal hygiene and COVID 19 Proper and frequent hand washing is vital to help combat the spread of viruses. In our daily meetings, our are reminded that cleanliness starts with this simple act. It’s important for their health and that of our guests.
  • Repeated surface cleaning and sanitization of all areas, including increased access to alcohol-based hand sanitizers at prominent locations.

In current times, we understand the need for increased flexibility with your travel planning.

Guests can reschedule the booking /stay dates as long as the change or rescheduling is made for bookings upto MAY 30, 2020. Please note that any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate differences. If a deposit has been paid for an existing reservation, we will credit you the full amount for you to redeem on your next reservation, at the same property, until March 31, 2021.

Arrivals/meetings & events after June 30, 2020, our normal cancellation policy will apply.

Guests who have booked through travel agents or other third parties are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their cancellation policies.
